Yesterday I tried to talk to the seller, but a chat agent assisted me and recommended that I open a dispute. Today, after taking photos and providing screenshots of the item to demonstrate what I claim, I couldn't open a dispute. I would like to be able to contact the seller. Here are the images in which I demonstrate that the legs supporting the product are not the same as those described in the article or in the instruction sheet that comes with the product. The legs indicated in the article are non-slip so that the steering wheel support does not slip. The ones I received are made of plastic and have no grip, making it impossible to press the pedals without the support slipping. I await a response from the seller. Regards.

Unfortunately, a part was missing but I am very satisfied with the customer service. I could have returned it immediately but that was too cumbersome for me, so I received a partial refund 👍 and will simply build the part myself.

The structure is rigid and strong. The product came scratched and the legs are not like those in the photo; they are made of poor plastic and slip on the floor.
Everything is fine with the order, quite fast delivery about 10 days for Croatia. Quality is not something extraordinary but for the money paid excellent. Easy to assemble and fits perfectly under desk where pedals go. can be adjusted in height. can be folded by folding the handles 2 cartons for easier storage. the helmet shaking pedal can be adjusted in 3 degrees. and the steering wheel angle can be adjusted. it has a few holes in the structure to mount accessories like a handbrake or bottle holder. the shifter stand is a bit shabby quality but it can serve. certainly it is much better than mounting on a table. there is also the possibility of mounting the chair legs so that they do not come off the stand, which of course you have to buy separately. logitech g923 and moza r9 fit the stand.I certainly recommend
